Return Policy

Unhappy?

We hope that you love your Jonas umbrella as much as we love it. But we want you to be happy. Our return policy applies only if you bought the Jonas umbrella here. If you bought your Jonas umbrella at a retail store and would like to return it, please contact the store directly.

If for some reason you are not totally happy with your umbrella, you can return it in unused and new condition within 14 days of the purchase date for a credit, exchange, or refund. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. If you need to return or exchange your Jonas umbrella please email us at info@jonasumbrellas.com.

Broken?

We know you will cherish your Jonas Umbrella like no other umbrella. If it does break within the first 35 days of purchase: email info@jonasumbrellas.com a photo of your broken umbrella, the original receipt, and a note describing in 250 words or less why you love it, how it broke, and why you want another one and we'll replace it. You pay the shipping and handling, we pay for the replacement. We just ask that you be patient.

Don't forget being nice makes everyones day much better! We promise we will do our best to make you as happy as can be. Just remember these are limited edition so we won't be able to get you the same numbered umbrella and in extreme cases we won't be able to get you the same pattern. Smile, take a deep breath, we aren't going to leave you out in the rain.
